These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of GoldePages.io ("Platform") and the services provided to companies, authorities, intermediaries, and other business users ("Users").

1. Services

GoldePages.io offers both free basic listings and paid premium listings. Optional services, such as chatbots, are also available to enhance users’ visibility and presentation.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is formed when a booking is made and confirmed by GoldePages.io. The current pricing applies to all paid listings and services.

3. User Obligations

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content. Publishing harmful or unlawful content is strictly prohibited.

4. Rights of GoldePages.io

GoldePages.io reserves the right to review, edit, or remove content at any time, and to adjust or discontinue its services as necessary.

5. Costs and Payment (for Premium Services)

Premium services are charged according to the current price list and must be paid in advance. In case of delayed payment, GoldePages.io may suspend the corresponding services.

6. Liability

GoldePages.io is liable only for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages to life, body, or health. For all other damages, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable losses.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Term and Termination

Free listings can be terminated at any time without notice. For paid listings, the terms and cancellation periods specified during the booking process apply.
GoldePages.io reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes are considered accepted if no objection is raised within 6 weeks of notification.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Turkish law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Kocaeli, Turkey.
